The Leaders We Need Are Already In The Room
Becoming a leader is one thing. Staying credible once you get there is another. Leaders today hold power under constant scrutiny, with fewer places to hide and shorter patience from the people they serve. But the leaders ready to meet that challenge are already here - and they are in this room. This is a conversation moderated by seasoned diplomat Michael Møller, with CEO of ENS Mzi Mgudlwa, offering the perspective from the boardroom and Prof. Thuli Madonsela examining who still gets left out of leadership, and what that costs. How does a good leader leave a legacy? Who is missing from the table, and who pays? How does a good leader manage when doing the right thing is costly?
