Yinson: When Progress Forces Hard Choices: What Responsible Leadership Looks Like In The Real World
This session opens with a live exercise that puts you in the shoes of a community leader with limited resources and unlimited demands. What you decide to do next, might tell you more about leadership than you’d think. We will explore what responsible leadership looks like when immediate needs, long-term sustainability and economic opportunity all compete for the same dollar — with Africa's energy transition as our central example. How do we choose what’s right, when there is no perfect answer? And how can we maintain trust as we try to learn to improve?
