Trevor is a Masters-qualified sustainability and marketing professional with 12+ years of international experience.
Since joining L’Oréal in 2017, Trevor worked on the brand purposes programs for over 20 brands including L'Oréal Paris' program, Stand Up Against Street Harassment which has trained 3 million bystanders to date on how to safely intervene to end stress harassment and Maybelline’s “Brave Together” program to provide millions with free access to 1-1 mental health support.
Trevor is currently leading the ambitious environmental transformation of L'Oréal Professionnel, building short-term and long-term roadmaps to achieve 10 environmental and social KPIs.
Outside of his work with L’Oréal, Trevor teaches a sustainability course at Sciences Po University and works with a local non-profit called “Respire” to implement programs to improve air quality in Paris.

Purpose driven leader, mentor, corporate communication & reputation expert, sustainability advocate. As Group Chief Sustainability Officer in Asahi Group Holdings, Drahomira is overseeing and implementing sustainability strategies and leading integration of sustainability into management. She has been engaged in sustainability for a number of years now, proactively driving the entrepreneurial sector towards greater sustainability, supporting diversity and inclusion and empowering female leaders. Drahomíra studied economics and graduated in social work at the Comenius University in Slovakia. She spent the first years of her professional career as an economist in the banking sector. For the last twenty-five years, she has worked in brewing, having started at Pilsner Urquell in Slovakia where she held the position of Corporate Affairs Manager and Member of the Supervisory Board. In 2010 she moved to Plzensky Prazdroj in Czechia as Corporate Affairs Director and in 2014 she went to India to manage relations with regulators, corporate communications and sustainable development at SABMiller India. In 2017, she was promoted to the role of Chief Corporate Affairs Officer in the Asahi Europe and International where she has played a pivotal role in launching bold sustainability strategy, advancing corporate affairs capabilities, building company reputation and shaping regulatory environment to support business development. Drahomíra Mandíková comes from Slovakia and has been based in Tokyo.

Gabriela is currently Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer for PepsiCo Latin America, responsible for the People strategy in the sector and overseeing more than 80,000 employees of a business that generates more than 10 billion dollars in annual sales. Additionally, Gabriela served as the President of the Board of Directors of Amedirh (Mexican Association of Human Resources) for the 2022-2023 period, where she led a strategy focused on transforming the association into an iconic reference and positioning de DEI agenda for the Human Resources community. She now chairs its Advisory Board. Previously, she held various roles within the organization, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources for PepsiCo Foods Mexico, Vice President of Human Resources for PepsiCo Foods Central and South America, Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for Latin America, and Global Senior Director of Organizational Development. Before joining PepsiCo, Gabriela held various global positions at Kraft Foods Mexico and Phillip Morris International. Gabriela holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Universidad Intercontinental and a Master's degree in Human Development from the Universidad Iberoamericana. She pursued a second master's degree in Integral Transpersonal Psychotherapy at the School of Integral Transpersonal Psychology in Argentina.
