Creative Problem-Solving: Leveraging the "creative joust" Model
Creative leaders know how to leverage creative processes. They know how to tackle today's complex challenges and build on collective intelligence.This workshop begins with a story (a social challenge) and goes through the steps of the Creative Joust (Joute créative), a new creative model approach. The creative joust brings together the efforts of young people in an environment that is competitive, fun and collaborative, while supporting the development of 21st century skills.This workshop replicates real world collaboration challenges in a fun imaginary setting to strengthen the following competencies:Creativity: How original and innovative were the ideas?Critical thinking: How logical and pertinent was the basis for the ideas?Communication: How clear and engaging was the presentation?Citizenship: How were social and environmental aspects considered?Join forces with fellow delegates to tackle this creative challenge and take part in a "design thinking competition".
