De-Stigmatising Menstrual Health And Hygiene Through Human Centered Design
Work with social innovators and Georgia Tech students and alumni that are a part of the organisation Wish for WASH Thinks Inc as they guide you through the process of human centered design. Wish for WASH Thinks Inc’s mission is to bring more diverse minds, talent, and innovation to the problems of global health and WASH (water, sanitation, hygiene) in our world through the lens of research, design and education because #everybodypoops and #menstruationmatters.Participants will work in teams to design potential solutions to a specific menstrual health related need. We will collectively produce drawings, sketches, and physical prototypes of our designs through our original CLAP design thinking process. This workshop is just the beginning; further collaboration, and partnership between workshop participants and the Wish for WASH Thinks is encouraged to drive further impact related to sanitation and menstruation.
