Elle, a proud Gamillaroi woman raised on Larrakia country now residing in Naarm (Melbourne) on Wurundjeri country, brings a wealth of experience to her role as a cultural animateur and consultant in the First Nations space. Elle has a deep commitment to helping clients foster and strengthen connections with First Nations leaders and communities across Australia. In her current role, Elle focuses on developing and implementing sustainable community development, insight driven strategic planning and culturally reflexive and responsive evaluation. She collaborates closely with both clients and First Nations communities, offering expert advice on topics including cultural safety, economic growth, cultural revitalisation, self-determination, and community engagement. Elle specialises in community-oriented planning and co-design and is dedicated to ensuring that First Nations perspectives are central to decision-making processes. Her work reflects a profound commitment to amplifying First Nations voices and advancing their interests.

Elizabeth Faber is Deloitte’s Global Chief People & Purpose Officer. She is a member of the Deloitte Global Executive Committee and chairs the Global Talent, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Purpose Executive teams. In her current role leading Global People & Purpose, she collaborates with member firm and global business leadership, and the Global Executive Committee, to define the global People & Purpose agenda in service to all of our partners and people in our member firms. This agenda includes developing and executing strategies to deliver a distinctive and inclusive Deloitte talent experience across the globe and embedding our Purpose in all we do to drive significant positive environmental and social impact. She is the Executive responsible for the climate and sustainability strategies and results for Deloitte. Elizabeth has been with Deloitte 30 years. She most recently led People & Purpose for the Asia Pacific member firm, as a founding member of the first Asia Pacific Executive Committee. She has been recognized on multiple occasions internally and externally as a strong advocate for Diversity & Inclusion and for her Human Resources leadership. Elizabeth recently moved from Singapore back to the US with her husband of over 30 years, and their two daughters, both born in China. Elizabeth has an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and a BS from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Ricardo Andres Pineda GuzmánRicardo Andres Pineda Guzmán
Ricardo Pineda Guzman is a just energy transitions and sustainability specialist with extensive experience in developing countries, particularly in Latin America. He currently serves as a Climate Specialist at UNICEF's Office of Foresight and Research. Previously, he was a Futures Fellow at UNDP's Executive Office and advised the EU Delegation on climate and forestry interventions in Honduras. Ricardo co-authored Honduras' national decarbonization strategy and leads Sustenta Honduras, ome of the largest volunteer-based organization in Central America focused on climate adaptation. He holds a Master's in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, where he was a Fulbright Fellow. His work has been recognized through various awards, including being named a Champion of the Escazu Agreement and a UNDP Youth4Climate Global Challenge Winner in Energy Innovation.
