  Founder and Director of Able Move Ltd

  Joshua Wintersgill is the Founder and Director of Able Move Ltd. In August 2017, an innovative idea was created by Josh’s difficulties in accessing air travel as a wheelchair user. In September 2018, Joshua won the UK Disabled Entrepreneurs Award run by the founder of easyJet, Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou, and Leonard Cheshire. Following the awards, Josh and Sir Stelios then negotiated an investment and brand licence deal into the easy family of brands. In 2019, Josh also won Great British Young Entrepreneur of the Year and in 2022 was in the top 100 most disabled influential people in the U.K.

  Josh advocates for greater disability inclusion across the travel industry through Rights on Flights which he Co-Founded with Sophie Morgan, and his roles in global, national and regional advisory groups with regulators, airlines and airports. Josh is also an ambassador for Spinal Muscular Atrophy, a trustee for Disabled Living and Patron for Driving Mobility. Josh has spoken at the United Nations in New York at the Convention on the Rights of Persons with a Disability, on economic empowerment of entrepreneurship and employment for those with disabilities.

  Aside from the entrepreneurial and advocating world, Josh is currently training to become a Paralympian and is part of the Great British shooting talent and development pathway programme, with his eyes firmly set on the LA 2028 Olympic Games.

  Project Oscar

  For the first 13 years of his life Oscar lived in Asia before returning to the UK in 2014.
  Educated in mainstream International Schools, Oscar attended his first One Young World
  Summit in Dublin 2014. Seeing Caroline Casey’s presentation opened a door for Oscar:
  “That’s what I want to do”, he said. “I want to speak out”
  Oscar made his own presentation in Bangkok the next year. Whereupon Kate said
  “Talking is good. Doing is all. Do something. Change something”.
  While at school, Oscar developed an idea and pitched it to Reckitt. He worked with
  Reckitt to develop material concerning neo-natal jaundice, how to recognise it, and what
  to do about it. Project Oscar launched in Vietnam in 2019 and has since impacted tens of
  thousands of families in rural areas, providing timely treatment, on the spot, to prevent
  damage to the nervous system in new-born babies due to jaundice.
  More recently Oscar has helped another One Young World delegate with his project in
  Zambia to provide wheelchairs for school students in Ndola

  Government Special Advisor, Unlearning Ableism

  Celia Chartres-Aris is a multi-award winning Disabled Government advisor, campaigner, lobbyist, researcher, policy and legal expert, founder and investor advocating for the improvement of Disability equity and accessibility. As a Government Adviser, she works globally with Governments in policy and strategy development, legislative design/performance, lobbying, unit management and implementing international Disability law. As a researcher and policy designer Celia’s ground-breaking work, authoring numerous papers, has been used to create legislation, included in Government consultations, reviews and inquiries.

  Celia has orchestrated several successful Disability rights campaigns, and is multi-award winning, named on The Global Diversity Leaders list, and as the 3rd most influential Disabled person in the UK changing law and policy, and recognised by Forbes, The Financial Times, Metro and BBC. Celia works across all sectors advocating, designing, and amending for improved equity for Disabled people. This includes working with global brands and international Governmental bodies. As an entrepreneur Celia has founded several disabled-led organisations, she is the Co-founder of the first policy unit in the UK which puts Disability at the heart of legislation, Access2Funding which implements inclusive practices across global deal flows, and Unlearning Ableism which tackles the discrimination of Disabled people. As an investor, Celia has supported countless Disabled entrepreneurs.
