Global Head of ESG, KPMG International
John is KPMG International’s Head of Global Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) and KPMG UK’s ESG Vice Chair. He is responsible for leading the delivery of ESG solutions, products, and services to KPMG’s clients. Over the last 21 years at KPMG John has held several senior UK, ASPAC & Global roles, including: former elected Board member of KPMG UK; Senior Leader within KPMG's Global M&A Centre of Excellence and current Board member of KPMG Foundation. To-date, he has led both the overall and technology aspects of some of the largest multi-billion-dollar client mergers, acquisitions, and divestments that KPMG has ever supported across multiple sectors and geographies. Now John’s sole focus is on inspiring and driving rapid ESG related change for KPMG and its clients. John also represents KPMG in several WBCSD (World Business Council for Sustainable Development) and SMI (Sustainable Markets Initiative) workstreams. Prior to KPMG, John was an elite athlete competing for Team GB in Canoe Slalom, before going on to be an Elite Coach for Team GB during the 2012 Olympics.

Nhlamu Dlomu is the Global Head of People for KPMG International, a role she assumed in July 2019. She sits on the firm’s Global Management Team and is responsible for leading the execution of a leading-edge Talent Strategy for more than 270,000 KPMG colleagues in 145 countries and territories across the globe. Prior to her current Global Head of People role, Nhlamu was the CEO of KPMG's South African firm, and more recently served as KPMG's Head of Global Culture and Organizational Development. Nhlamu holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand and a General Executive Development Program certificate from Gordon Institute of Business.
