Lessons from the Global Leadership Charter to Harness Vulnerability for Stronger Leadership (This workshop will be delivered in Spanish)
"You are the future, you are the present, build the world you want to live in, change those realities that must be changed, be strong, be resilient" those are the expressions you must listen daily as a leader, and sometimes can makes you believe, you can't be sad, frustrated, overwhelmed, scared or just hopeless, because if you are, you are not a leader anymore, or at least, not a powerful leader as the present reality demands. We are here to tell you that you can feel like that and still be an amazing leader; not only can, you should! because being with your feet on the ground, even in harder situations, will make you see with clarity the stars you want to reach to change the world. You deserve time to process all the feelings, emotions and thoughts generated for the challenging global context we are living in, and recognize that as human, you are connected with others and feel bad, and transmutate that to evolve to the powerful leader you are. You don't need to be a Nobel prize winner, or change millions of lives, the world changes one by one, person by person, reality per reality, until it is a better place for everyone, including nature itself.This workshop will equip you with tools to live your emotions as truly as possible and to help you create safe spaces for everyone to be vulnerable.
