Sandbox for Change: Why Do They Matter and How Can We Create Them?
The pace of change is accelerating, whether that is within technological advancements or evolving sustainability challenges. As the youth, our capability for implementing change is unlimited; however sometimes the tools that equip us to build these spaces are not easily available. Using HSBC's Global Sustainability Hackathon as an example, this workshop aims to outline how we can create sandboxes for our own upskilling within our organisations, and build better pathways for Youth representation wherever we go.
