Unlocking Success through Strategic Experimentation
In this workshop you will learn how you can make your ideas reality by designing experiments. Experiments help us to gain a better understanding of people, their context and provide us with real-life proof that our ideas work and we are developing the 'right' solution. In the fast-paced environment we work in, experimenting allows us to remove uncertainty, learn quickly and de-risk innovation (and investments made, both in time and money). In small groups, you will look at the riskiest assumptions of your idea, prioritize your assumptions and design the experiment you want to execute when you're back home. You will leave the workshop with a concrete idea to act upon, so you can bring your ideas into the world. Experienced designers and facilitators will guide and inspire you with examples of experiments Deloitte works on (e.g., The Judiciary app, care robot Alice, virtual agent Wout).
