Nonhlanhla Magagula is a seasoned development practitioner with over 15 years of experience, primarily within the financial services sector. She currently serves as the Head of Corporate Citizenship Programmes at Absa, where she leads strategic initiatives focused on youth economic empowerment. Her portfolio includes Entrepreneurship Education Initiatives, the Absa CSI Trust – established as part of Absa’s BBBEE transaction in 2023 and the Employee Volunteering Portfolio. Nonhlanhla is deeply passionate about unlocking the potential of young people and creating pathways for their economic participation.
