AstraZenecaPrior to her current role, Aradhana was CFO for Alexion, responsible for driving strategic growth, financial performance and business development. She brings operational experience in biopharma plus more than 20 years of professional experience at global financial institutions and has extensive knowledge of global healthcare systems, having closed more than 100 transactions across M&A, equity and debt financing. Before joining Alexion, Aradhana was Managing Director of Healthcare Corporate and Investment Banking at Citi Global Banking, focusing on clients in the life sciences and biopharmaceutical sectors. Previously, she served as Managing Director of Healthcare Investment Banking at UBS, and worked at JP Morgan in the M&A Advisory and Healthcare groups. Aradhana trained as a medical doctor in India and spent two years practicing in both India and Africa. She completed her medical training at the University of Delhi and received her MBA from Stanford Business School. Other appointments: Aradhana is on the Board of Governors of the American Red Cross and is an Independent Director and Audit Committee member of Anheuser-Busch InBev.

Born with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA Type I), I was told I wouldn’t live past age six. Today, after more than two decades of defying limits—educational, physical, and societal—I lead Fundacja Celując w Przyszłość, an NGO I founded to promote financial independence and inclusive education for persons with disabilities.
My “classroom” was once a bedroom with just a few hours of home instruction per week. I taught myself to dream bigger. I graduated with top honors in Finance and Management, earned qualifications like CIMA Cert BA and CAI®, and became an advocate at the national and European levels. I’ve advised EURORDIS, SMA Europe, and the Polish Commissioner for Human Rights—ensuring that lived experience drives systemic change.
Through webinars, TikToks, and a book on financial planning, I’ve reached over 110,000 people. Our foundation helps families access adaptive learning tools, therapy, and economic knowledge. I fight to make inclusion not the exception, but the norm.
At One Young World, I hope to scale this mission by connecting with leaders who share the belief that education, health, and empowerment are inseparable. I’m not just representing Poland—I’m representing anyone who was ever told they couldn’t.
This isn’t just advocacy. It’s survival turned into strategy. Isolation turned into infrastructure. And I’m just getting started.
