DanoneNathalie Alquier has extensive experience and a successful leadership track record across various businesses, functions, and regions. A graduate of HEC, Nathalie previously worked at Colgate‐Palmolive in marketing and sales, managing key accounts at both local and international levels. She currently serves as the Chief of Sustainability Officer at Danone. Nathalie began her journey at Danone in 1998 as the International Marketing Director, managing a significant global portfolio. Her remarkable leadership led to her appointment as the General Manager of the Sparkling Water Division, where she managed factories and oversaw several water brands. She then held the position of Global Vice-President for Quality & Sustainability within the Danone Dairy division, responsible for compliance, food safety, sustainability, and crisis management. In 2016, Nathalie brought her 28 years of Executive Corporate experience to shape and drive country businesses, serving as the General Manager of Danone Ukraine. Later as President & General Manager of Danone Morocco, where Nathalie led significant sustainable initiatives such as supporting local agricultures and green energy. She has demonstrated her brilliant capacity to oversee considerable operations and achieve substantial turnovers across multiple divisions and countries. Aiming to continue the transformation and ensure that sustainability remains a strategic and competitive driver of value creation for the company's business, Nathalie combines her ability to understand and inspire people with her vision for innovation, sustainability, and impact.
