  Kerstin Wagner is Executive VP Talent Acquisition at the mobility and logistics provider Deutsche Bahn AG. Her responsibility includes the global employer branding and recruiting strategy, all talent acquisition activities in Germany as well as the management of the group’s temporary employment division to hire over 25.000 employees per year with her team of over 1000 employees. Kerstin is passioned about driving various subject areas like New Work, Innovation, Diversity and Sustainability and is an active member of a variety of networks, diversity initiatives and boards. She is a OYW supporter since 2011 and she is thrilled to coach ambassadors from Deutsche Bahn to turn their inspiration from the One Young World conferences into concrete action and projects.
