KPMG InternationalLisa is the Global Chief Digital Officer for KPMG International, overseeing the ongoing execution of KPMG’s multi-billion-dollar investment in technology and innovation, including AI with KPMG Workbench; a centrally managed platform that powers AI innovation across the KPMG organisation.
Lisa has more than 30 years of experience across the technology sector. Throughout her career, she has worked with clients at the board level to help drive change through transformation, enabling organisations to be agile and customer-centric, ensuring they get full value out of their technology investments. She has spent much of her time supporting clients in the Financial Services sector. With her passion for encouraging greater inclusion and diversity in STEM, she proudly founded and now sponsors KPMG UK’s IT’s Her Future program. This program aims to recruit more women to work in technology and helps develop the careers of those already working in the sector.
Lisa is also a member of the World Economic Forum’s Chief Digital Officers Community which looks to accelerate digital value creation for industry, people and the planet. Prior to her current role, Lisa was the Chief Digital Officer for KPMG in the UK, where she led over 2000 client facing technologists alongside driving the digital transformation of the UK Firm. This included the opening of the first Ignition centre in London, the launch of the client-facing product business and the transformation of the digital workplace.
Lisa has been with KPMG for 14 years and previously worked at Deloitte, Sun Microsystems, EMC and Oracle.
