IKEA SupplyAs Traceability Leader at IKEA Supply, Rachelle Graham leads the global traceability agenda, improving product traceability from the store back to the raw material origin. Her work supports responsible sourcing, strengthens regulatory compliance, and drives operational efficiency across the IKEA supply chain. Before her current role, Rachelle worked as Forestry Compliance Manager with a focus on the development agenda. She developed strategic frameworks, led cross-functional teams, and explored new technologies like blockchain and AI to improve forestry compliance. Rachelle holds a Master of Environmental Management from the Yale School of the Environment and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Yale University. Originally from Canada and now based in Sweden, she brings a global perspective and a deep commitment to environmental responsibility. Outside of work, she finds inspiration in nature and enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors with her husband and dog.
