DeloitteAs Deloitte Global Chief Purpose and Sustainability Officer, Will is responsible for leading Deloitte’s organization- wide strategy to uphold Deloitte’s commitment to its purpose, to make an impact that matters, and identify strategies that enable Deloitte to act on the increasingly complex challenges society faces today. Will is dedicated to responsible business practices, serving the public interest, and working to create a better, more sustainable world for people, clients, and the planet. Will is an ambassador for Deloitte’s purpose and sustainability commitments, implementing global shared values and fostering a purpose-driven mindset. He collaborates with Deloitte Global, Deloitte firms and business leaders, as well as key external stakeholders and NGOs to further advance Deloitte’s purpose and sustainability impacts. In his Deloitte Global role, Will is responsible for overseeing the implementation of Deloitte’s Net-Zero Transition Strategy and Societal Impact Strategy. Alongside his Deloitte Global role, Will is the managing partner for People and Purpose across Deloitte North and South Europe. In this role, Will has specific executive responsibilities for strategic people and purpose initiatives across thirty countries and territories and over 75,000 professionals. Additionally, Will is a Senior Audit & Assurance partner in Deloitte UK, with over 25 years of professional experience. He works with clients across major listed, private, and international businesses with complex operations across multiple geographies, predominantly in the retail, manufacturing, and consumer industries. Outside of work, Will is a trustee and treasurer of Onvero, a charity focused on driving and advancing inclusion in the workplace. In addition, Will was recognized as Male Diversity Champion of the Year for 2020 at the UK Women in Accountancy and Finance Awards. Will lives in London with his husband, who is an opera singer and teacher, and their dog.

Ronan Dunne is a Chairman, CEO, Board Strategic Advisor and independent non-executive director. He serves as Chair of Six Nations Rugby, the organising body of the Six Nations Championships and Autumn Nations Series. Six Nations Rugby is committed to the development of rugby at all levels, with its vision to make rugby the most engaging, entertaining and inclusive sporting experience. Ronan also serves as a non-executive director of British multinational retailer, Marks & Spencer, and strategic advisor to a number of companies in the telecom & technology sector. Between 2016 and 2022, Ronan served at Verizon, most recently as strategic advisor to the CEO. As Verizon Consumer Group EVP & CEO, he led the teams responsible for delivering wireline, wireless and television products and services to more than 100 million consumers. Prior to Verizon, Ronan was CEO of leading UK wireless operator, Telefonica UK (O2). Under his leadership, O2 became the industry leader and a leader in Corporate Social Responsibility, with Ronan being named the 2015 Ethical Corporation CEO of the Year.... Ronan Dunne is a Chairman, CEO, Board Strategic Advisor and independent non-executive director. Ronan’s charitable work focuses on education and providing opportunities for the next generation of leaders. Ronan serves on the Advisory Board of the Kairos Society and is a counsellor for One Young World, which promotes positive change and social impact at its annual One Young World Summit. He also served as a Trustee of Step Up to Serve, a UK social action charity. Born and raised in Dublin, Ronan maintains strong links with Ireland, including Enterprise Ireland Tech Advisory Panel and Irish International Business Network memberships. In 2019, the American Ireland Fund honored him with the Corporate Leadership Award.

SAPGina Vargiu-Breuer is SAP’s Chief People Officer and Labor Director, as well as a Member of the Executive Board. In her role, Vargiu-Breuer leads the People & Culture organization and owns SAP’s global People Agenda.
Vargiu-Breuer brings over 20 years of experience in international human resources to SAP. Before joining SAP, she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Siemens Energy for more than four years. During this time, she spearheaded the company’s spin-off from Siemens AG and successfully drove the transformation for 94,000 employees. Her work focused on building the entire HR value chain and implementing a new operating model that seamlessly integrated business processes with HR. Her transformative efforts significantly shaped Siemens Energy’s working environment and corporate culture.
Prior to this, Vargiu-Breuer held various positions at Siemens AG, including Senior Vice President for Global HR in the Gas & Power, Service & Digital division. During this time, she gained both technical expertise and extensive experience in global business management, international talent development, and organizational transformation.
Vargiu-Breuer holds a master’s degree in Economic Psychology from the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, Germany.
