  Rishi is a purpose-driven leader, making a meaningful impact at the forefront of the energy transition and drive to net zero. He is the Sustainability Director at bp. Rishi began his career working as a geologist on projects across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Later, he transitioned into strategy and sustainability, where he played a key role in framing the company’s net-zero ambition and has since been involved in the development and execution of the company’s new corporate strategy to transform bp into an integrated energy company. As Managing Ambassador for One Young World in Europe, Rishi coordinates engagement and events for the network of young leaders, ensuring tailored opportunities for the region. He is also a Climate Reality Leader at the Climate Reality Leadership Corps, a global coalition of changemakers, founded by former US Vice President Al Gore, working to drive the energy transition, solve the climate crisis and build a just and healthy future for the world.

  Emmanuele Marie Parra is a social impact leader dedicated to empowering communities and promoting positive change. As Senior Legal Project Officer at Thomson Reuters, Foundation, she leads The Global Fund's Breaking Down Barriers to Health Services initiative in Asia. With a strong background in content development and volunteer leadership, Emmanuele has led Thomson Reuters' volunteer initiatives in Manila since 2016, supporting non-profit organisations through volunteer activities and fundraising events aligned with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals. She's a skilled event organiser and partnership builder, having fostered collaborations with corporates, NGOs, and other partners to drive social impact and advance the SDGs. A passionate advocate for marginalised communities, Emmanuele volunteers with Voice of the Free, an anti-slavery organisation in the Philippines. She's a respected global youth leader, having served as One Young World Coordinating Ambassador for the ASEAN region and later as Managing Ambassador in Asia.

  Nadia Sharma is the Global Technical Lead for regenerative materials at dsm-firmenich, where she transforms cutting-edge biomaterials into real-world medical solutions. Her journey began with award-winning research on injectable biomaterials for spinal disc regeneration, earning first place in a national competition during her Master’s. Since entering industry in 2020, Nadia has played a key role in bringing medical devices from concept to market – supporting R&D, regulatory, and quality functions while championing sustainability in product development. As Global Coordinator for dsm-firmenich’s partnership with One Young World, she mentors emerging leaders to launch self-driven initiatives and pitch pilot programs to senior executives. After attending the Summit herself, Nadia led a global youth empowerment program that mobilised colleagues worldwide to be a force for good.

  Yousra Abdelmoneim is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor with nearly 10 years of experience at PwC, where she is now a Director specialising in assurance for major infrastructure and capital projects. After attending the 2018 One Young World Summit, Yousra was inspired by a story she heard about supporting refugees in the Netherlands. On returning to the UK, she co-founded PwC’s Refugee Outreach Programme. The initiative helps refugees build professional careers by equipping refugees with practical skills through “Working in the UK” training; covering CV writing, interview preparation and insights into the UK labour market. It challenges perceptions and building awareness across PwC through campaigns, Refugee Week events, and storytelling to promote refugee inclusion and give refugees a voice and platform. Finally, the programme creates tailored mentoring relationships by pairing refugees with PwC professionals, helping them navigate career pathways and professional integration. Through this work, Yousra combines her professional expertise with her passion for inclusion, creating pathways for refugees to access meaningful employment and thrive in their new communities.
