A former looked-after child who grew up in Old Trafford, Manchester, Christina defied the
odds to build one of the UK’s most purpose-driven creative and sports agencies. Her
personal journey — from foster care to founder — fuels her lifelong commitment to
equality, representation, and social mobility.
She is the Founder and Director of The Purpose Agency, a UK-based talent and athlete
management company representing some of the world’s most celebrated female athletes,
including England and PSG goalkeeper Mary Earps. Through Purpose, Christina champions
women’s sport as a catalyst for wider societal change — helping athletes transcend their
game to become global role models, entrepreneurs, and changemakers.
Christina also leads Aim Sky High, a social enterprise she launched at just 18 to empower
disadvantaged children through dance. What began as a youth community project is now a
thriving creative organisation that has performed for brands such
as Nike, Adidas, Manchester United, and Justin Bieber, while equipping hundreds of young
people with lifelong confidence and skills. The school’s extraordinary journey and social
impact were the subject of a BBC-commissioned documentary, spotlighting Christina’s work
in transforming young lives through creativity and discipline.A double scholar, Christina holds a Master’s degree in Enterprise and an MBA in Football
